Zales and I are not friends. Sadly, the majority of my jewelry has come from there.(My husband has been a loyal Zales shopper for 8 years) My beef with Zales comes from two issues: 1) Their earring/backing design is flawed. I have lost 6 earrings due to this. 2) The white gold Engagement/Wedding ring set that my husband purchased has completely tarnished. The cleaning that they do for free will not take the tarnishing off. They had told him that my rings were covered for lifetime. However, this«coverage» conveniently does not include the service needed to clean the tarnishing off. The service costs over $ 100 and has to be done once a year. I am too stubborn to pay for this service. I have taken my concerns to the management and they refuse to take any action. WHAT A SHAME! As gorgeous as their designs might be, don’t set yourself up for this disappointment.
