Zoom Tan

I used my free tan I was given & enjoyed my tan in a stand up bed. It was a good bed. They did not allow me to have the full time in the bed because it was my first time there. Ok annoying but whatever.
They did lose me as a client when I found out this company does not accept cash. They will not be getting any of my business at all. I do not support companies that will only accept a card as payment. As a customer, I am providing business to tis company which they should appreciate & I feel like I deserve payment options. I dont even really know of any all card business yet so this is my first time ever having this problem. Now I drive to another place at a location about 25 minutes farther because of this. Its worth it to me to stand up for what I believe in.
Another thing I didnt care for about this company was that they call or text your phone to comfirm your phone number when I prefer not to give it at all.

The employee gave me a discount from their website since it was my first time & recommended that I tan for 6 minutes instead of 9 as my friends were doing in case I didn’t want to get too tan. I was very hesitant at first bc I’ve heard of horror stories where people get burnt & pay a ridiculous amount of money. Thank goodness none of that happened to me. My tan was light, not too much, & the price was very convenient. Need to go back to get rid of my remaining tan lines.

Extremely disappointed in their business practices. do not give this business the opportunity to auto charge your account. Even though you may not have a time membership to cancel the auto charge is a nightmare and they will continue charging you. It is extremely disappointing to know a business needs my money so bad! I mailed in my cancellation and they stopped charging me. five months later the charges began AGAIN. Do not set up auto charge in ur account or credit card. Their back office is obviously not interested in pleasing customers who may refer other business. Extremely disappointed !

I go here all the time the girl at the front is a sweetheart and it’s all very fast and prompt! Scan your fingerprint, choose your time and you’re in and out no hassle! My only annoyance is that you cannot buy anything with cash so that’s kind of annoying but aside from that I have no complaints.

Zoom Tan is great the staff is really friendly and the service is really fast. I loved to I went to get a bit if a tan here and they did a great job

I’m glad I didn’t miss out on this place due to all these negative reviews.
I walked into Zoom Tan today and was quickly greeted by a bubbly front desk woman. (I’m not saying bubbly as moronic, in fact she was anything but that.)
I told her I was interested in a package and she then asked me if I was interested in spray tanning. I told her I was not and she asked me what I didn’t like.
After that, she guided me to some other packages that they offered.
I chose the $ 19.99 Bronze package, bc I wasn’t sure how well I would like it.
She told me if I did end up liking everything more that I could always upgrade or downgrade.
No attitudes, nothing. Very tentative. I look forward to going daily.

In.out.boom! Just like I like it… for a tanning salon they are pretty inexpensive. I don’t know the gentleman who recently helped me but he was great. He explained everything and the place is new and clean. I got the Gold level tanning membership and my first time in the booth, I definitely saw results. Get yourself a good tanning lotion– bc it makes all the difference. No point in picking up at the stores because they are pricey… you can find online the same and better for less! They had key chain eye peeps for 4 bucks was great! All and all a really good experience and I enjoy going in there for me time… plus its right next to the gym, whats not to like?

Nice place, clean, the staff is friendly. The prices of the products are overpriced!!! The booths are nice and clean. The tanning (which is what you are going there for) is not really the best. I get a better tan at the pool for 15 minutes a day than 8 minutes at the zoom place.
I will keep my membership which is 10.00 a month to be able to tan during the winter time.

second time at this location and let me tell you, worse customer service ever, the door was locked and the girl went to burger king to get lunch, waited 15 mins outside the store, since its my second time there and i wanted to get a membership she didnt explain anything to me and was giving me attitude, saw i spent $ 28 on one session and didnt bother to tell me for $ 2 dollars more i could of gotten the membership, besides giving me attitude when i was leaving she was on her phone the whole time ignoring me, i wanted to ask her a question and she ignored me with her phone, such poor customer service! dont even know her name. all i know is she had glasses and was skinny with straight hair…
i will give them one star for the beds and how cheap it is though. best bang for your buck, but worse customer service ever.

My first time at a tanning salon I was a bit skeptical. I opeted for the Versa Spa Spray Tan. Go on the website and print out a free coupon to try it out. The best thing is if you like it you can sign up that day to pay $ 40.00 a month for a spray tan unlimited when you would pay $ 30.00 fopr a one time use…
Pros: Equipment is clean, they provide instructions in the booth, offers 3 different levels. and dries quickly. Convenient, good pricing. Even coating.
Cons: I double dipped bc I wanted a stronger tan, I sweated a few hours later and began getting patches on my chest and neck, and white spots. Prob the sweat interfered with the tan and I showered too often, hope it goes away.
