History

Established in 2006.

Every business starts with an idea, and mine was to go into business creating smiles. I began making candy and baked goods when I was about 5 years old. Every Christmas, my family would spend an entire weekend with our neighbors and make candy and bake goodies for family, friends and business associates. We would begin Friday evening after dinner and go through the wee hours of Sunday night. We didn’t call it quits until every cookie was decorated, every cream filling was dipped in chocolate and every caramel wrapped. Some of my favorite childhood memories were created during those long weekends of chocolate, cookie dough and colored sprinkles.

After the birth of my youngest child, nearly 8 years ago, money was tight and I needed to do something to bring more money into the household. Having three children under 18 months made it nearly impossible for me to go out and get a regular job, so I decided to revisit my childhood and make and sell hand crafted candies and baked goods.

I have 27 years in the restaurant industry. I have brewed your coffee, grilled your burgers and topped your pizzas, and a whole lot more! However, my passion has always been sweets. I am a self taught cook who enjoys crafting unique recipes and creative flavor combinations.
