This is a $ 60 a room hotel in a $ 135 a room neighborhood. It’s claim to fame is that is close to UC Hospital West Chester. Four Points by Sheraton is the other hotel close to the hospital.

Well, I learned when I arrived that the hotel doesn’t have a coffee bar that is complimentary like every other hotel I have stayed in. This was late afternoon, so I just bought a cup. No big deal. Went to my room and someone had left a present in the toilet. Called the front desk but did not get an answer. I had to leave for a meeting so I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned my room when I returned at 9 pm. Went to use the fitness area the next morning. It has a fair assortment of very dated and dirty equipment. There were used and discarded ear plugs everywhere. Finished working out and went to the front desk to get coffee. Again, no one to be found. Finally a «manager» came out and asked if he could help me. I asked for coffee. He said they did not have complimentary coffee. I learned later that morning that they also do not offer a breakfast with the room like every other hotel I have stayed in. I travel to this area frequently and this is the most expensive hotel I have stayed in. This will be the last time. It was so discouraging that I packed up, checked out and moved to a Hampton Inn across the street. The rates were cheaper, hotel is nicer and coffee and breakfast are complimentary.
If you are looking for a place to stay, keep looking.

We stayed here using Priceline but even at the reduced price this wasn’t a great place to stay.
The television remote didn’t work the whole three days we stayed there despite a couple requests to the front desk.
One day the housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room at all until the evening and they were rude when we asked them to clean it at 7 pm. In fairness the front desk resolved this issue and the room was cleaned.
Room furniture and fixtures are dated but ok. Common areas are ok except for dirty towels in the hallway. Breakfast is typical for a free breakfast at a place like this.
This hotel isn’t gross but you can probably do a lot better for the price.

Eeewww! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with any standards at all. There are many reasons. Examples such as:
1: we first walked into our room and the smell was awful. So bad that I had to ask for a different room.
2: walked into our new room and there was a dirty sock on the floor – eeww
3: the staff was useless and very rude!
4: on a 3 night stay our room wasn’t cleaned once.
5: the complimentary breakfast was gross.
6: a beer bottle had been broken right outside the door on the sidewalk and wasn’t swept up the entire time we were staying there.
7: last but not least on the last night of our stay a cockaroach crawled over my wife’s foot in our bathroom.
To be clear, I never send food back at restaurants, I hardly ever complain and I’m tolerant of a lot, but this was simply a nasty hotel! Spend $ 10 more a night and stay somewhere else!
The only upside was that the bed was very very comfortable! Once the fear of bed bugs went away I slept like I’ve never slept before!

This Comfort Suites was a little dated but they kept it up well. Another reviewer had a disgusting experience with her room not being clean but, thankfully, there was nothing resembling that for my experience. Hopefully the hotel has corrected that mistake forever. The price was a bit more than other places but so it goes when you travel. The location is great and you’re in walking distance to a couple local food places, in addition to having the mall right across the street. More pillows for the pull-​out couch would have been nice but when they put four pillows on each bed, it’s easy to solve that problem yourself. The wifi was easy to access and use.

I’m disappointed and grossed out. They did not clean our room. We had peeled egg shells on the floor, pubic or curly black hair all over the shower and floor in the bathroom. We also had late checkout and a do not disturb on the door and they tried to get in. I had the dryer on and didn’t hear them. Last they called 10 minutes before the checkout to see if I needed a cab. The pool is small and it was not a pleasant stay. Clean the damn rooms. I’m addinga pictureof theshower walls. I have long blonde hair btw. We were in room 203 April 24^th-​25^th

Right by the Dayton Mall, I’ve stayed here on and off for work over the past few years.
It’s a nice location. Clean. Affordable. Near lots of food and shopping. Easy access to the freeways. For the price, you get a pretty good deal. They also have a pool, workout room, and guest computer.
My one issue continues to be that every time I stay here the noise from upstairs and the hallways will wake me up, no matter the hour. Also the first floor rooms by the pool smell strongly of chlorine.
But for what you pay, if you’re in the area for some reason I would recommend staying here over other locations.
