I went in for the first time this week and saw Tristan. I have short, wavy hair and am very hesitant to try new people because they love to cut it too short/​don’t listen to my specific requests and Tristan NAILED it. I’m not a diva but am very particular about my hair having worked in the beauty industry for years. Love my cut, loved chatting with everyone in the salon, and I’m so happy to have such talent so close by.

First in new to the area and used other reviews of this shop to base my decision to make an appointment. It was WORTH EVERY PENNY (and not overpriced at all). I have the best haircut I’ve ever had she did a great job. EVERY person at the salon was very friendly. the salon has an intimate and sleek feel. This will be my go to salon from now.

Really enjoyed my experience at Timothy Jeffry. I’ve had trouble finding someone who could cut my hair to my liking in this area, and Ali got it right on the first try. She was also very friendly, as was the entire staff I encountered. I’ll definitely return for my next haircut!

Small salon + personalized treatments = great go to for all your hair needs
Came here to go blond. As a dark brunette this is no easy task. It took two visits but they finally got me where I wanted to be. It also didn’t cost me $ 300 which was great because it could have been a lot more expensive. They tend to get busy during the summer I guess which makes sense because they don’t seem to have too many stylists. I will def come back next year for my summer hair needs!

OMG! Tim is a hair magician — a true artist! I’ve had my hair done by a couple people at Aveda salons in New Buffalo with disappointing results. Then someone recommended Tim, so I made my appointment with him. He was so warm and friendly, that I immediately felt as ease, but was still skeptical about whether he could make my hair «come alive» again. After my color finished processing and my hair was washed, I was ready for my haircut. I got back in the styling chair and was treated to the MOST FABULOUS neck massage. Then Tim turned my back to the mirror and began snipping away. When he finished, he turned me around and I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was a hair miracle. Needless to say, I’ve been going back to Tim ever since that day. In fact, now my husband won’t let anyone touch his hair but Tim.

Hands down, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. I came here because I had heard good things, and I wanted to continue my loyalty to Aveda. My appointment was with the owner, Timothy. I walked in and told him he could do whatever he wanted with my hair and was blown away with how quickly he took me from having a too-​long (almost shoulder length) grown out bob to a long-​ish pixie cut. I felt he had amazing vision. I would definitely trust him with my hair again and will be recommending the salon to friends. A word of warning– you cannot leave tips on your credit card, so make sure you take cash!
