Terrible disappointment and waste of 40 $. My ‘haircut’ consisted of 5 minutes worth of trimming, zero layers were put in which I had specified I needed as I have curly hair. The worst blowout I have ever had, I left miserable with no change to my hair except a minor trim and sad excuse of a blow dry, I could have done better myself. Will now be paying more money to have the right person actually cut my hair properly and fix her mess. Halfway through her next client came and sat next to me waiting for his turn. Unprofessional and inept, will not be returning.

I stopped in to John Anthony Salon & Spa late on a busy Friday afternoon without an appointment looking for a haircut. I was welcomed into the shop and immediately accommodated. Not only was their service convenient, it was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable, and most importantly their staff seems incredibly competent (Gina gave me a *fantastic* haircut!) Moral of the story: I’ve found myself a new salon, and JA has a new (and very satisfied) customer!
