This place sucks! The first time I went there, was there 4 hours! Because the guy didn’t know what he was doing. Said they where going to give us a deal on everything because we where there for so long… well they gave us a deal but it was a promotion that they where already giving out. They guy begged me to give them 5 stars. Said once our bill was due with the new phone to stop in and they would wave the fees. A week later stopped in and a different guy said they can do it and that we didn’t have to wait and he was going to give me a call once everything was done and nothing no call or nothing a few days later we went in to see what was going on and they aploagized and said they would call in a day or 2 it takes a few days to take effect and nothing no call or anything nothing changed. The third time my phone was having problems decided to try again since it was close to my home and they guy guessed what was wrong wanted me to pay 200 for a new battery up front. I didn’t do it because I found a battery that was 10 bucks online. And it wasn’t even my battery… that was having the issue… don’t go here unless they change their manament.

AMAZING STAFF! This place is actually under new management and the new staff is amazing! Farhan helped me out and made me feel very comfortable as I was upgrading 4 of my lines. The staff is courteous and kind and make you feel at home while you’re at the store. They also give you a courteous call back just to make sure you are happy with your device! I will deff come back here for Christmas!
