I’m am upgrading to a 4 Star because this location has pretty humorous employees and is consistently clean and courteous. If they only carried BROWNIES — perfection

Bad business to charge money for butter. They called me and were nice but still said they had to charge for butter .40 cents. really! Anyway staff is nice not their fault but DD shouldn’t charge for a smudge of butter yes smudge. Coffee is done to my liking light and sweet. And it’s cleans fast with nice service.

You truly deserve NOSTARS because you all suck each and every worker in this particular DD I have never come across such unhappy workers. I much rather go out of my way instead of going to this DD

Since the rennovation,(which I thought they were closing): fail to myself: they have actually gotten better! They are nicer, more polite, the prices are a listed and there are no longer any surprises when buying something. They do run out of the favorites in my area(Boston Cream). Don’t look for one after 2pm they are gone. Other than that, the food, coffee, and the donuts are fresh. I like that there is seating that is easier to maneuver if you are more people coming in to meet up. Good place to go during the weekdays in the morning if you want a good donut.

This one of the worst Dunkin Donuts places. The workers are rude and the manager is an ass. Go to the other Dunkin further down Fresh Pond Road.

Homer Simpson likes donuts. However, this homie don’t like donuts much. 4 stars for the French Vanilla coffee! This location usually has a short line. Tip: in the AM, be careful of parking outside on the street. On the North side of Metropolitan Avenue(traffic moving toward Manhattan), they give you tickets if you park your car there during morning rush. Park on the South side of Metropolitan instead, if you have to.(check signs first)
