Seriously Spoiled Salon & Spa

Brought my daughter here for her 5^th birthday weekend as a little something extra. I decided on the high maintenance package for her and her 2 BFFs. When I arrived, there was a party going on and my vibe changed as I figured the girls wouldn’t receive the attention I wanted them to. The owner totally changed that and assured I was happy and that the girls were taken care of the whole time in great customer service fashion. The girls had manis, pedis, and facials. They had the dessert decadents with there services, robes, and lemonade in a champagne glass. Every detail in this place is so very well thought out with innovative ideas that I hope continues for years to come. It evens smells yummy. The total was $ 219 (including tax and tip) for a memorable experience and great pictures.

Lisa (the owner) and her staff are AMAZING!!! They cater to the children’s needs and the place looks like its out of a fairytale. They provided excellent services; beautiful hairstyles, neat mani & pedis (with designs) and glitter tattoos. The girls had a cousin’s day out and enjoyed every minute of the experience. I would recommend this place to ALL princesses and parents who would like to get primped and pampered. You will love it! We can’t wait to go back.

Had my daughter’s 10^th birthday here last week and she said it was the best birthday ever! Her and her friends were given the total diva treatment — hair, nails and make up done. I was afraid that it was going to be too «babyish» for them being they’re entering the tween stage, but they all loved it and some still had their wonderful hair dos at school the next day. The staff was very attentive and so pleasant. The girls got to sing karaōke and enjoy some pizza after their services. The salon immediately followed up by emailing a 20% off coupon to come back which we will very soon! I highly recommend this salon if you want make your daughter feel like a special little diva.

Took my daughter here for her 10^th birthday and it was the best decision. The place is beautiful, full of gorgeous girly treats. From the minute you walk in the staff is really nice & welcoming. My daughter was pampered like no other. Thanks for helping me create such a memorable experience for my daughter.

After my sister told me how much my niece Melanie enjoyed watching her get her nails done I decided to search for a kids salon and came across «Seriously Spoiled». I am so happy I bought my niece here for her birthday. They really made sure that my sister’s 4 year old knew it was all about her. The staff is super welcoming and made sure Melanie felt comfortable. I recommend anyone with a little girl to give this place a try. I will definitely come back with my niece when ever I get the chance!

This place is a little girls dream. My daughter had her birthday celebration there yesterday as she turned 11. Her friends and her were seriously spoiled like crazy. The staff was professional and kind, they were relaxed and a lot of fun to be around. The karaōke feature was a delight, the hair styles were beautiful, only issue at all was that the facials were done rather quickly, but truly, all in all, the party was a total success. It’s definitely not cheap, but it’s worth every penny.

I’ve just written about how wonderful the Dix Hills location is and felt I needed to write about our experience with this location. Although we have only been here twice with cousins, both times have been as wonderful as Dix Hills. We love this company so much that my girls constantly want to bring friends to the salon. All the staff are wonderful, I know they hired new staff and management this year!!! Our families most loved vacation spot is Disney, coming to Seriously Spoiled is like going there for a few hours with my girls. Everyone is so happy! Can’t wait for our next visit.

I just had my daughter’s six year old birthday party here over the weekend and I am beyond thrilled and satisfied with our experience. The look on my child’s face not only throughout the whole event but at certain moments made me realize how good things like this make kids feel.
My experience from start to finish was completely seamless. This establishment has thought of everything and makes everything completely easy.
Your child’s birthday event will go as follows (during which time you will not have to lift a finger nor think about thinks going wrong because EVERYTHING is taken care of):
–Birthday girl and guests arrive (salon encourages guests to arrive 15 minutes ahead of party. this is a good idea as it gives you time to find street parking in the area.).
–Girls are all welcomed to the salon warmly by the staff and given pink lemonade in champagne flute glasses.
–Girls are wrapped in beautiful pink spa robes at the salon
–Girls are whisked away to the peppermint lounge where they make themselves comfortable and sip on the pink lemonade for a while socializing with one another
–At this time, the salon allows mom a chance to make a speech and toast for the birthday girl
-(FYI — during this time, the food you order separate from the pizza that the salon pays for for the girls is already on the tables (pizza is served at 2 pm for the girls)
–After mom’s speech, the girls are allowed to pick what they would like to do first — hair, manicures (or pedicures depending on what package you get) and light makeup (the birthday girl gets «special» makeup with a glitter tattoo on her face. There can be a little bit of a wait/​lines for the girls to get these things done depending on how many children you have (I had about 13) but everything moves seamlessly as the girls enjoy watching each other get pampered. Hair is sprayed with yummy smelling sprays upon completion.
–While there is music of your choice or general top 100 pop playing throughout the time you’re there, there is also Karaōke that the girls take part in as they start to come out of their spa experience. This can get quite lively depending on if you have party-​animals-​in-​the-​making in your crowd! :)
–After Karaōke, the pizza arrives and the girls sit and enjoy this with each other.
–After pizza, your cake is brought out and the staff leads everyone into a great happy birthday song for your birthday princess and the kids and guests all have cake.
–After the birthday cake, the adults are asked to wait in the main spa area outside as the girls (and any boys/​brothers you may have in the group) are organized in the peppermint lounge so that they can participate in a really-​fun-​for-​the-​kids runway show. This was a really fun part of the day for the kids to participate in — it really made the kids feel good and the staff is so warm and makes sure to make the birthday girl feel especially nice with a finale/​grand entrance by her where everyone really makes a lot of noise.
–Staff reminds the birthday girl, hey would you like to give out your favors now? (Favors given out)
–Remainder of bill (50% deposit taken before event) is discretely taken care of at front desk upon completion of your party
Despite the fact that I never thought I’d be one of those parents that «spoiled» their kids, I am really really happy at having done this and I know my daughter will have an amazing memory to reflect on. This spa thinks of everything and they have three locations. I would hands down recommend them to anyone interested in hosting such an event. All the parents were impressed and had an awesome time watching their princesses!

Pretty kool place my 6yr old daughter and 9yr old niece had fun!! but what little girl doesn’t like glamour… very nice staff, but I asked if they can trim & cut bangs for my daughter and she did a horrible job my daughters hair is not even, also I paid for 2 packages at the cost of $ 74​.99​.so she rang me up at $ 180 and charge me 18% gratuity so I gave her $ 30tip to divide for 3pple I didn’t see my tip included in the receipt I saw the cashier pull out $ 10 from the draw and the other 2staff members was looking at me like if I didn’t leave a tip I hope that cashier gave them their full tip and not jus $ 5 each being saw her only take $ 10 out from the draw… that’s jus so wrong if she cheated those 2other staff members out their entire tip

A VERY DISAPPOINTED PARENT
My daughter was invited to a spa party on july 19^th 2014, and at the age of 7 years old and 2 other little girls exprienced the worst embarrazing moment of their short life.
They check the girl hair to see if they have lice before they enter the salon, which is very understandable. BUT TO SAY IT INFRONT OF ALL THE KIDS AND ALIENATED THEM LIKE THEY HAVE A DEADLY DISEASE IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HUMAN BEING BUT MORE A CHILD. I believe if you going to run a children business you need to know how to deal with DELICATE situaton when it comes to a children, they should be prepared on how to deal with any incident in a professional matter. I was not present but to recieve a phone call from a 7 year old girl crying and telling me kids from the party are making fun of her, and taken to another room because staff member told her she had lice. Later that day I took my daughter to get her hair checked and treated AND SHE WAS FOUND LICE FREE I have the documentation to state it. So I reporting this place to the Better Business bureau with the documentation and pictures they took as proof. No kid should exprience this nightmare.
I gave this place 1 star because they was one staff member that clamed my daughter down and took her to make her own lipstick in a different room.

I walked into this store because you can’t help but notice the storefront and the limo, (yes, limo) are this Pepto Bismol/​Bubblegum pink.
Walking in you are immediately greeted. One of the long Island-​osh owners are enveloping you in a small tour of the front of the store, where you are eyeballing all these non-​edible sweets, that are all bath salts or bath bombs. I honestly just wanted to buy the bath bombs for myself really. Or this would be a really epic place to buy a crap ton of stocking stuffers for the holidays. It’s a cute clean place that smells of scented candles. First impression is good.
I don’t know exactly the hours, but I have seen the past two Mondays they were closed.
