Oak Point is a 55+ Active Adult Community located in Middleboro, Massachusetts. We have over 75 planned activities, events, and programs every month. We want our homeowners to spend more time doing the activities that they love and with their family and friends. We have low monthly fees that take care of your property taxes, sewer, trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and use of the Clubhouse amenities. We are centrally located near Plymouth, Cape Cod, Boston, Wrentham, Foxboro, and Providence, but you still have the luxury of living in a small town. This is truly a great community to live (and work in!) We have approximately 850 homes and we are still growing. History

Established in 1999.

This community was founded in 1999. It developed into a large 55+ Active Adult Community. In November 2011, Oak Point was sold and is now proudly managed by Hometown America. Oak Point was voted the 2012 Manufactured Housing Institute’s Community of the Year for the Northeast/​Mid-​Atlantic Region.
