I use Middlebury Transit frequently to go to/​from the airport on business travel.
They have always been on time (usually a little early, even, which is great), the cars have always been clean, comfortable, and in great condition (Cadillac, Town Car, luxe SUV, etc.)„ and the drivers have always been safe and courteous, and happy to chat if I feel like chatting, or to be quiet if I feel like being quiet.
Prices are on the high side ($ 110 + tip from Midd to BTV), but that’s lack of competition for you.

We used Middlebury transit for our trip to Burlington both to and from the airport. We had two different drivers (I wish I would remember their names) but both were very friendly and made sure we arrived safely and on time. I felt safe especially with winter road conditions. Next time I come back to the area I will keep them in mind!

Rude and slow customer service. Extremely late service does not make the owner uncomfortable talking in the way he does-​not only unapologetic but also didactic. Saying, «try to think from our side, the drive came pick you up (30 minutes late) and no body was there (without any notice and it is us who called first after waiting long at midnight).» Mr. Fuller, it is time to make your service more professional. By the way, is this the right situation when you say «it is a growing experience for you (six people)?» utterly ridiculous. Never gonna ride again.

I used Middlebury Transit in 2012 to go to and from the Burlington Airport to the Middlebury Languages Schools. The folks at Middlebury Transit were amazing. There were lots of flight delays on my way into Burlington and despite landing hours later than expected they were at the airport waiting and knew exactly which dorm to take me to. On the way back they were early for my pick-​up and we had plenty of time to get to the airport. The round-​trip fare, which included sharing a van with other language school students, was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Terrible (rude) customer service and inflated prices. I would use their competing service, «Jessica’s» if you don’t want to be ripped off.
