Established in 1989.

Originally the first yogurt store in the northeast, I Can’t Believe it’s Yogurt opened in 1989. Last year we remodeled — taking our same great product but reopening with a new name — Middlebury’s Best Yogurt, Smoothies & Ice Cream. Come check us out!

Delicious smoothie. I ordered the Strawberry Sunrise. The guy who helped us was a little cold at first but it ended nicely with a «thanks and have a good day.» I would definitely go back.

Stopped here at random to get out the traffic on I-​84. We wanted iced coffee, but there wasn’t any. The perky girl who waited on us suggested the café frappé– which was coffee blended into soft serve ice cream. It was like a caffeinated milk shake. I had the regular one, which was pretty good but must have been a million calories. We ordered a low cal version, with a sugar free vehicle. It was heinous. Live and learn.

The owner is so unfriendly looks miserable with costumers. He’s not giving ice cream for of course we buy !!! But he doesn’t look social at all. I go there because is close from home and good stuff otherwise I wouldn’t put a single step in that place honestly

I thought the ice cream and the frozen coffee drinks were good. Were they great, no. The reason for the low rating is because the service was horrible. We had a grumpy man who made us felt like we were disturbing him. He was very abrupt with us and cared more about putting his sign up. I thought the prices were expensive and it was like pulling teeth to let us have extra napkins.

At first i thought this was a new place.
Then as i wandered aimlessly throughout the plaza, I realized it was «I can’t believe its yogurt» only with a name change. Okay, so I still wanted the stuff. Went in and got a milkshake.
Same layout, same staff, same manager, same everything O. o
A 20 oz. shake rounded up to $ 4.99 even, which is a tiny bit more than going rate for a large/​medium shake.
Not much more can be said about this place that wasn’t mentioned in the previous review.

The ice cream I bought here was delicious. Cherry amaretto. It was probably back in April and one of those first warm days. A perfect day for a cone. They had good selection and I was very happy with my ice cream, What I was NOT happy with was the customer service. In fact, I will probably not go there again. Why? I usually take a long time to decide what I want, especially if I’ve never been to a place before. It was a spur of the moment decision to go there. Anyways, I guess I was taking to long because I was asked if I was «looking for subway.» Other insulting comments were made that seemed to suggest I was too stupid to read the menu board. I just really had no idea what I wanted. Afterwards, the guy went back outside and sat down with his phone (which is what he was doing when I pulled up.) Which just made me feel like I was interrupting him.

Thank goodness that real yogurt stores still exist versus self serve stores with lackluster taste and no delicious wafer and waffle cones! The selections are very tasty and the toppings fresh!
