Company owners Andrew DiSilvestro and Derek Egerman are proud members of the Connecticut Air National Guard and are Veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom, serving as Civil Engineers in the Air Force in Afghanistan. They have a passion to serve their country as well as a passion for their craft of reviving and updating homes and businesses.

History

Established in 2009.

Grade A Home Improvement CT is a local, veteran owned company. Owners Andrew Disilvestro Jr. and Derek J Egerman and their crew are veterans of overseas conflicts such as Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, serving their country at home and around the world.

As trained Civil Engineers both at home and abroad, Grade A crew members have learned the importance of being timely, honest, and maintaining open and clear communications.

Grade A Home Improvement is a professional veteran-​owned company operated by Andrew Disilvestro Jr and Derek J. Egerman. Andrew and Derek are proud members of the Connecticut Air National Guard Civil Engineering Squadron and have been deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. They have a passion to serve their country as well as a passion for their craft of reviving and updating homes and businesses.

With well over 50 new roofs and sidings under their tool belt, Andrew and Derek offer a wealth of experience in creating your dream space. Bathroom and kitchen remodels, custom carpentry projects, wood and composite deck building, finishing basements, door and window installation, new flooring, and additions are just some of the recent projects for the crew.
