Established in 1981.

Started by John Scalzo Jr in Brooklyn NY, American Carpet Care quickly gained a reputation for quality and honesty. John has always been known for his attention to detail, up front pricing, and going above and beyond for all customers. In 2011, the 2^nd generation of Scalzo cleaners took on the family business to continue the legacy started over 30 years ago. Ben and John Scalzo III take pride following in their fathers footsteps and in providing exceptional service.

Ben started working as soon as he could walk! Always playing with the vacuums and carpet cleaning tools, he was fascinated with Dad’s «toys» at a very young age. Growing up in a family owned cleaning company he quickly learned all the ways to do the job right. Carrying on the family legacy has been an exciting and challenging task but «when you see the reaction of our customers after we are done with a job, it makes it all worth it.»
