Horrible Customer Service!
It floors me how some businesses still do not grasp the concept of good customer service and lifetime value. After attempting to purchase additional service from this company, the level of customer service I experienced prompted me to not only decide not to move forward with the request (one time payment), but cancel my normal service all together (recurring payments).
Oddly, I had better interactions in the past… someone must have been having a bad day, and now it will cost… but I doubt if they even care…
