Celerity is a local, family owned company providing staffing services to businesses through its offices in Middleton, Sun Prairie and now Watertown. Celerity’s focus is on providing superior employees to Dane and Jefferson county organizations. We pre-​screen, test, double interview and reference check only qualified individuals until we find just the right person to fill your position. Celerity solicits high-​quality candidates who may not respond to a classified ad or walk into an employment agency. Our placement specialists are skilled in identifying and recruiting individuals who are both successful in their current careers and interested in advancement opportunities.

Established in 1994.

Started as a franchise in 1994, the name was changed to Celerity Staffing Solutions in 2004. Celerity has three offices; Middleton, Sun Prairie and now Watertown. A locally owned and operated business that serves the area’s premier employers.

Meet the Business Owner

Jim E.

Business Owner

Jim Emerick worked in various roles of increasing responsibility for a public utility for over ten years. He left to become Vice President of Sales for a local technology firm. In 1994 Jim followed his dream of owning his own business and started what would become Celerity Staffing.
