Dog’n it Daycare

I use to bring my dog there as well. The owner was supper nice. One time she forgot to get my dog for daycare. She claimed it slipped her mind. We stopped using them cause well we were on vacation my sister was bringing my dog to and from daycare and she picked him up he had deep scratches to his face as if he was bitten. When my sister said what happened. They said he got into a tiff. When we got back from vacation my girlfriend went there and wanted to talk to the owner and was hesitate to leave him but she did. The guy that was there made a comment that he’s a big boy he will be fine. My girlfriend made it down the street and the idea of leaving him did not sit well so she turned around and went to pick him up. When she got there the guy was outside no one was watching the dogs. He said to her the dog is fine and to just leave him. She took him and he has never been back. I held back from posting anything. But I see them at the daycare constantly defending themselves about how good they are. They are not. The owner is nice the staff is not trained and there is no supervision. I bring my dog to a new place they are nice clean they have toys and webcams. My dog has never been happier.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. If you love and respect your dogs don’t take them here.

Went in to make a reservation to assure all details would be correct. Signed up to have my two dogs picked up from my house and brought to the facility for the weekend. Well, they forgot to pick up my dogs for their weekend reservation. They thought they had the wrong weekend when they saw cars in my driveway (I live in a duplex). Rather than calling to verify just assumed they had the wrong weekend. As a result my two dogs were home alone For four days with no food and no water. My house smelt awful with all of the pee. My dogs had eaten their own feces, can you blame them? I should have called to check in on the pups but I trusted this facility completely and look what happened. I understand accident happen, and appreciated that the owner did come over and help me clean the house, apologized and offered two free weekends. But I cannot go back.
For about two weeks after this my dog that normally does not have anxiety had accidents almost every day and was extremely depressed (wouldn’t leave the sofa, wouldn’t play).

Love this place! And my dogs are so happy and tired everyday. My dogs are out with other dogs all day inside and out. The place always smells clean, and the owners of the place are great dog people and so personable. My old English bull dog used to be very timid and after a year of going to daycare, he has made huge strides to becoming a well rounded dog and even greets strangers which he never did before. I always get a summary if they had an extra special day and who they played with. My dogs sleep for the rest of the night when they get home, and can’t wait to go in the morning. Thanks Dog n it, my dogs love you guys!
