Harrington Dennis the Care of Trees & Turf

About 3 years ago one of Dennis’ employees rear ended me when he was driving one of the trucks that Dennis owns. The employee was on the phone and was not paying attention as we approached a stop sign. Glad to say no one was hurt and after filing an insurance claim and talking to Dennis he said we would get it straighten out. A few days later we met up and he tried to haggle his way out owning up to what happened. To say that the bussiness this guy is doing is legit would be a long shot. I would stay far away from letting «Harrington Trees & Turf» do any work for your next project. Just read the other review and look the pictures (pulled straight off google images). They speak for themselves. Sham!

Harrington trimmed and removed some trees and shrubs for me and planted some replacements. I noticed he did not follow Master Gardener standards for planting and asked him about it. He said not to worry. One expensive tree and two shrubs died over the winter and the local nursery guaranteed them and refunded the money. Harrington indicated he would replace them — at my expense for his labor. Then he proceeded to lead me on all summer making commitment after commitment and never following through. When I called him for the last time and complained in exasperation, he chuckled and said «we both know I really have no interest in replanting these trees for you.» He played me for a fool — even though he was going to get paid again. For whatever reason, he had no interest in standing behind his work and more interest in playing games. I would not trust anything he says or does.
