I’ve been a customer at Middleton Dry Cleaners for several years. They have reasonable prices, but, more importantly, high-​quality service. The owner, Joyce, is friendly, attentive and always eager to please. Her tailoring services are also top-​notch. I highly recommend Middleton Dry Cleaners.

I never left a bad review but Unilocal let me down with this one. Dropped off 2 shirts to be shortened on Monday the lady gave me the 10% off first time there discount which was nice. Said will be done fri. Went there late around 6:30 just before closing walked in seen my shirt on the sewing machine knew that couldn’t be good. She said it wouldn’t be done till sat. I told her I wanted to wear it sat night. Went back sat & first she couldn’t find one of the shirts when she finally did she said her husband forgot to press it & I had to come back Monday now.
She then said she would not charge me for one of the shirts ($ 15) due to there mistake.
I go there Monday & there finally done but when she rang me up she charged me the full amount when I asked about the discount she promised me she pointed to the previous 10% first time customer discount already given to me before all this happened. I just paid & left. Won’t be going Back there again.

I have a shirt that had a small hole and I thought I would have to toss it. The owner skillfully repaired it and it looks great.

Dry Cleaners just do NOT get any better than this. This husband and wife team is the best. They have even their little dog there and a water fountain to make it very homey. Joyce who handles the front and the tailoring is a lovely lady and always very friendly. She knows everyone’s name!
The work is always done perfect and on-​time. The quality of service is second to none. They are a great business and I hope around for a very long time.

I have been using Middleton Cleaners for 4 years. Joyce and her husband have a wonderful business. All of my dry cleaning is impeccably done. She does wonderful alterations… everything from simple hemming to more complicated alterations. Also, if they see something that needs repairs while they are cleaning something, like a small tear, a missing button it will be taken care of when you pick up your cleaning. Not only do the have a top notch dry cleaner, but they are so very friendly and customer service is at the top of their priorities.
