HI!, I’m James. I’ve been married to Cathy for 23 years. We have 2 boys, one at UW-​Whitewater and the other is in high school here in Waunakee.

I love the great outdoors and find it a perfect outlet for me to unwind after an enjoyable week cleaning carpets.

In January of 2009 I opened up the first Oxi Fresh franchise in Wisconsin. Since then, six more have opened up and are being successfully run by other owners. On a daily basis I learn more & more and I never thought that running a carpet cleaning business could be so much fun. Exceptional customer service is my first priority and I stand behind the services that I provide to the community. If you are not satisfied, then you don’t pay a dime!
