I was in just before Christmas December 2015. No groupons, just wanted a remote car starter. Roc took care of me. I only wanted to pay for the cheapest model and had enough money for just one starter fob. Roc upgraded us to the mid grade so I had two fobs with no extra charge. I was in and out in a few hours. I love my remote starter. I have a lifetime guarantee. He was professional and treated me with courtesy, and patience answering all my questions.

Took my 2014 Kia Sorrento there to get a remote starter in order to prepare for the upcoming New England winter. The technician named Roc took the time to explain the various ones they carried and how they functioned. He was very patient and answered all my questions without hesitation. After I chose the one that best suited my needs he kept me informed of the status and gave me various function options that weren’t an additional cost. Overall a great experience and I would recommend anyone to this use this shop. My coworker went a few days later to get a remote starter installed also and had the same overall experience.

I came here to have a new radio and speakers installed on my Honda Pilot, which has a factory Nav and Sub that must be rewired. At any other place this would have been a big headache, but not here. I purchased interior lighting for underneath my front amd back seats amd a GPS and Bluetooth mirror from them and Rok really knows his stuff! I am extremely satisfied with all the work he has done, as he really goes the extra mile every time. He is worth going to see for any of your car needs! I purchased a hood decal for my 2014 Camaro. It took me a couple of weeks to find someone I trusted enough to handle it. The quote was lower than other shops had given me. However, I’ve had work done here in the past, and that quote was lower than other shops. I knew from previous experience that they were professional and customer oriented. They installed it perfectly, it is beyond my expectations. I thought this would be a nightmare. The decal measures 44.5″ x 45.5″ and it looks awesome! I have driven my car for one day and have had a half dozen compliments.

Amazing service. My car arrived via tow just past their business hours but they said they’d take a look at it for me! Ended up being an easy fix due to a mistake by another retailer and they did it right then and got the car back to me that night! Even brought me my keys while I was stuck at work! Audiodezign has exceeded my expectations yet again. They did my car starter years ago… which I LOVE… worth every penny in New England. In fact my husband had his done shortly after. They also did light effects on my husband’s motorcycle and his car’s sound system. This year’s treat was «white» lights for my car and wow-​one word… awesome. There is a reason we keep going back year after year… great service and great affects (pun intended)
