A complete waste of time. I tried bringing proof of address on three separate occasions. The first time, they didn’t accept something that Kohl’s mailed to me, with my name and address right on it. Second time, I had a tax document that was mailed to me with the invoice date(within the past 30 days), name, address, even social security number and they denied me because I didn’t have the post-marked envelope. What could be more official than a document mailed to me by our own government? The staff is friendly, but not that bright. After I finally was approved to donate, I noticed that the girls on the staff don’t understand the concept of the gloves they wear. They’re obviously for sanitation purposes, but every single girl that works there touches her hair with the gloves on. That completely defeats the purpose of wearing them. If your hair is down, it should probably be pulled back, espeically in this biohazardous environment. Seems as though BioLife will hire anyone with two brain cells.
