Back in 2005 they made a wonderful cake for my in-law’s 50th anniversary. I wanted a full sheet, a 10″ or 12″ round and a 6″ round for my wife’s parents to take home. Every other bakery would say «how many servings? we charge $x.yz per serving.»
What difference does it make? If I chose to eat it all myself, I guess that’s one serving! Not only was Carmine’s great, shoots straight on the prices, but delivered to the catering hall and assembled the tiers (I was planning to do it myself) for nothing!
You can get their day-​old club rolls for next to nothing at ShopRite. Even day-​old from Carmine’s is good.
