These guys are awesome! The customer service is impeccable — they make you feel like you are the most important. The selection of carpets is also astounding. Any color, size, texture and all at a really good price. I always get my carpeting from there and I am always beyond pleased. Even my husband noticed how incredible the selection is there and he never comments on anything!

Fantastic customer service!!!
Went into the store looking for a carpet remnant to make a 10×16 rug. I initially worked with Rob and then Joanne. They both have amazing customer service and answered all my questions… which was a very long list!
I never write reviews, but in this particular case it was warranted. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great priced rug or carpet to go to Carpet Value Center Outlet!
