Wish It was possible to give this place zero stars. Staff is unbelievable rude and racist.
They always respond in a rude and sarcastic manner as if they are doing you a favor.
Don’t go to this State Farm, there are much better places that will appreciate your business.

Do not use this State Farm. Been a loyal customer for 10 years. Thought I had paid off my insurance and notified them of my change of address to which they never took down. They cancelled my insurance and sent me letters to the wrong address. I was notified after I got a letter from the dmv. Never called me, or tried to reach me through other methods and now I’m down $ 300 from DMV charges because of their errors because I was never notified. Better yet, I couldn’t get another quote from them. Kathy, the manager, was the least helpful and was very rude. You would think that after 10 years of always paying on time I would get better treatment. Save yourself the headache.
