Jim and Brian are honest and competent. This all too rare.
My wife’s car and mine have been serviced here. The guys are on time with no surprises and the cost is more than reasonable.

This was our second time at J&B Transmissions. My brakes were squeaking so I had them checked out. The squeaking was due to rusk and dust. They cleared the dust. Even though they put a good amount of time and effort into looking into the issue (and trying to find my missing key lock for the lug nut which took a while to locate), they could have charged me more than they did. They were courteous, respectful, polite, and took the time to show me how much I have left on my brake pads (about half left) and how the sensors work. While most auto shops would have urged me to change the brake pads, which would have cost a pretty penny, they told me that I still have enough life left in the pads. Separately, my husband used this shop earlier in the year and had a similar experience. Honest people and good service.
