I brought my wedding dress to them for alterations before the wedding (it was a preworn dress). I scheduled pickup. I arrived for pickup. Sign on their door said they were on vacation and date of return was after my wedding!!! I had to buy another dress right before my wedding. I am not making this up — It was a disaster! On another rating site, other people had similar experiences where they brought something to them for alteration, and they Never got the item back. Do not use them!
