We had a wonderful experience with Martin Movers. The office did a great job setting up the move around our closing time. The movers were early, efficient and extremely courteous as they moved our belongings in, and very careful not to leave a mark anywhere in our new construction home. We would recommend them to anyone.

The packing and moving team was awesome! They worked very hard and were very polite and respectful. Our moving job turned out to be bigger than estimated but these guys stuck with it and managed it perfectly. Everything was moved and not one thing broke. My issue is that the owner himself came to the house and gave the estimate for packing the entire house and then moving in one truck. I didn’t have them pack the entire house. We also ended up needing two trucks. My actual move cost ended up being more than the estimate. Again, the whole house wasn’t packed and 13 of the boxes they used were ours. So not really sure why the estimate was so far off and I hever received any details or explanations along the way. Just be sure you push on the estimates and ask for documentation.

Used this moving company recently and had a terrible experience with the owner. Things were missing and when I tried to reach out to them regarding my missing items I received a rude and disrespectful response. It was completely unwarranted. I was just curious whether my belongings could have been left behind in storage. I highly recommend using an alternative moving company… unless you don’t mind your things going missing and receiving terrible customer service.
I will say the movers themselves were great and very respectful; their boss could take a couple tips from them and shape up his act.
