I’ve been trying to call for a half an hour and the phone keeps ringing and ringing no pick up nothing. Yet I’m stranded trying to price a part and they can’t even have the courtesy to answer the phone.

Really poor customer service. Cannot for the life of me figure out how this place makes any money with the people that work there. The did not even bother to look up the part I needed and told me that they did not have it. I called later to make sure and the person on the phone came back two minutes later and said they had a whole bunch and to come right down. I had been there asking for the same darn part just a few hours earlier! Idiots!

These guys are generally very helpful. They are well stocked. They sell car paint too. The wait can be pretty ridiculous though. They really need to work on that. Sometimes I just go to see if they have what I want and then come back at a less busy time.

this NAPA is open later than a lot of other places and it feels more like a respectable parts store than the other chain auto parts places in town. service here is pretty slow, and there are always lines but thats ok when you get the parts you came for and can go home and fix your ride. they dont have all those plastic«tuner» parts and 10 hp stickers and questionable gas additives like the chains.
