The past few times I’ve gone in the service has been crappy. The line servers always seem to be in a foul mood. Never greeted with a smile just a forced «what can I do for you». Maybe I come in a bad time but everybody that works there has a I hate my life attitude. But there’s a very nice gentleman that works there he has curly hair and glasses he’s usually very friendly and funny. I love Qdoba but it kills my vibe when everyone is so pissy. And there was this one time I went in during the dinner rush and there was only 2 people on the line and one on cash. The manager didn’t even jump in to help he was out in the dining area cleaning I know you need to clean but you have a line and customers were getting antsy and you could tell that the line servers were getting pissed too. There was 3 people in the back standing around either making chips or on the grill who wouldn’t even step away for a second to help out. I will still get food there but your service sucks.

Maybe the worst made burrito I’ve ever had…
At new job and this place was right around the corner. I was like «sweet, a Qudoba I could even walk too!». Behold my surprise I would be exchanging convenience for quality of service.
The young lady that plate my steak meat maybe gave me 4 pieces. I was not even sure if that is was the correct amount or if she was just having a bad day.
The young man that was adding my sauce/​veggie and other items. We lets just say even distribution of these where not taught in his training. A big ol lump of lettuces and some «extra oops cheese» was added to my «some cheese» and my burrito looks prego’s.
Manager or Assist. Manager was at the register the entire time and she didn’t even notice the look on my face. Which is fine, because their are plenty of other places to eat out here. Maybe I’ll come bk and check on their taco creation skills… maybe.

I love Qdoba! This location is one of their smaller ones but it does include a good atmosphere and very fast service.
