I NEVER write reviews, but I had the worst pedicure in my life today and I needed to write about it. This woman «Jenny» did the messiest, half-​assed pedicure. Left polish all over my toes. Only massaged one of my legs. They switched people 3 times, but I was stuck with Jenny for most of the job. It was just terrible. And they over charged me, I honestly think it was on purpose. What a disappointment. I won’t be returning ever.

I’ve been getting my nails done at Sunny’s for several years. I’ve also had massages, body scrubs and facials. It’s clean, and the staff and owner are very friendly and welcoming to all.

I went to Sunny’s with a friend of mine. I was going to have a gel manicure, and my friend wanted a mani/​pedi. They had a special offered for a $ 50 gel manicure with a pedicure, so my friend decided to do that. My friend and I were separated into different rooms, which was annoying since we went to hang out together, but it wasn’t a huge deal. During the process I was switched between 4 different people doing my nails, and I’m not even really sure why. Once I was brought back out to the room where my friend was, she was livid because she had been charged $ 75 for her gel manicure and basic pedicure. When she asked why she wasn’t receiving the $ 50 offer, she was told it was because she got french. $ 25 upcharge for french?! That’s obscene in itself, especially when a gel manicure costs $ 40 and a pedicure is $ 25 so even without the discount the service should have only been $ 65. While my friend was waiting for me to finish up, a man came over and started massaging her neck and head in the chair she was sitting in. A few minutes later, I was done and went up to pay. They told me my gel manicure was $ 50 (after they originally told me $ 40) and then proceeded to try to charge my friend $ 20 for her «chair massage»! I’m not normally one to make a fuss, but after she was overcharged for her nail service, there was no way I was letting her get duped into paying for a BS chair massage also. The saddest part is… they did a GREAT job on our nails, but I will never go back.

I had multiple services here over the course of one summer and all were tops! I had a full body scrub with massage and it was divine. Their manis and pedis are always great – I love the pedicure chairs! The woman who I normally get always pays special attention to my Achilles’ Tendon during the massage part of the pedicure. It’s one of my favorite spots to have massage and it was like she just instinctively knew. My favorite treatment from there was definitely the facial. I received a very thorough cleaning and the peel off face mask left my skin glowing and super moisturized.
I only had one bad experience here. It was with the front desk, but I think they had a temp in that day. People were over booked and he kept taking walk-​ins before appointments. I never saw him in there again though. You should definitely go here!
