Very lovely steak house! We found our favorite table right by the water fountain. Seemed very clean & service was stellar. I know this was a steakhouse but my favorite happened to be a smoked bacon wrapped chicken. I would give this four stars only because we never got any filet magnon. We arrive around 5:30 or 6:00 P.M. 4 stars isn’t fair thought because the salad bar was such a delight, & the service was e Perfect. They even had Ahi Tuna & beets at the salad bar. My weakness! The steaks they did bring around were very yummy, and even the Parmesan crusted pork. Filet magnon is such a popular cut, so it was a little confusing. All in all I can’t wait to go back. Our bill was $ 185 w/two salad bars, steak dinner for two, bottle of wine & dessert.(Cream Brûlée) worth every penny! Great job!

The filet mignon was just heavenly and just melt like butter. The salad bar was top notch quality. What was most impressive is the service. I had a new napkin in my lap before I knew I dropped my napkin. The Brazilian cheese puff bread was just piping hot and they replace it if it gets cold without promping. We got the salad first and as soon as we finish the sald. A new plate was immediately set for the meat selection to be presented by the carvers. Within 10 seconds a set of sides was placed on the table. The most creamy mash potato, golden light fluffy plantain wedges, and friend banan was with chemi cherri sauce and sweet hot sauce. It was done completely seamlessly and with out any intrusiveness. The wine list was very extensive and the mix cocktail was delicious. The ambiance was beautiful and tastful. You have winding water features throughout the dining room and a elegant setting.

Absolutely loved this place!!! I have low expectations of anything in midland but this place was impressive. The staff was so wonderful and very attentive. We were seated right away and headed straight to the salad bar which was the best salad bar I’ve ever had. I loved their«ceviche» and the variety of cheeses. After the salad bar was the meat feast which was nothing but spectacular. The meats were cooked to perfection, so juicy and tender with the right amount of seasoning. My favorite was the bacon wrapped filet mignon. The restaurant is all you can eat. It is a little on the pricey side but I do believe it was worth it for the quality of food that they offer. I would definitely go here again.

It’s worth the money Foods very good and consistent people are friendly the one thing I didn’t like was the hostess constantly on her cell phone instead of tending to the customers

We truly had a 5-star night this past Saturday night. It was Bella’s B-Day so we treated her with the salad bar, Isaac and I had meat… It was all amazing!!! The service was on time, they even had gluten free cheese bread that was amazing. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

This place was an experience. From the salad/appetizer bar to the selections of meat. I didn’t try anything there that wasn’t super delicious and flavorful. Staff were great and very helpful being I had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse.

The best Brazilian Grill I have ever been too! Must visit and the salad bar, best fresh cheeses, all good! If you leave hungry it’s your own fault if you like mixed drinks try Sex in Rio!

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of eating at several great churrascarias across the country(chains like Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil as well as local places like Tradicao in Stafford). When I heard that one opened up in Midland, I was excited to check it out. Over the holidays, my family and I decided to visit Churrasca to celebrate my sister’s graduation. However, scheduling our visit was tricky because Churrasca’s does not have a website and when I called their phone number, the person answering the phone didn’t speak English well enough to answer my question. They really need to fix this which is why I am deducting one star. The restaurant is close to our house, so we ended up just driving over there and luckily, they were open. As someone who grew up in Midland and dined at Abuelo’s for many years, I found it interesting to see the same space decorated differently. Overall, I like the red walls and think they did a great job utilizing the large space. We started our meal by taking a trip to the salad bar. While the spread was not quite on the level of Fogo de Chao, it was still pretty impressive and all of the vegetables were fresh. Standout items included the goat cheese, fresh mozzarella, and roasted red peppers. After having our salads and cheeses, we turned over our cards to the green side for the meat portion of our meal to begin. My parents don’t eat beef or pork and my sister rarely eats them, but the restaurant was very accommodating to our needs. The manager had the servers bring us lamb, lamb chops, and chicken legs, all of which were very tasty. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the steak. Everything was seasoned fairly aggressively(although not overly so) and the meat was cooked to perfection. Although all of the steaks were top notch, our favorites were the ribeye, filet mignon, and the picanha. The steaks were made even better by their excellent Chimichurri sauce. The service was outstanding. In addition to providing my family with non-beef and –pork options, they also were very quick about refilling our drinks and bringing out more side dishes for us. Speaking of side dishes, as tasty as the puffs, polenta, and plantains were, I only had a small amount of each so I wouldn’t get too full. Overall, we were all very impressed by this churrascaria and we would definitely come back.

It was ok. Kinda disappointed ., they didn’t come by with the meat that much. San Antonio is better then midland. Atmosphere & service is over the top there. Salad bar is ok here but I don’t care if I go here in midland again. Especially for the price y pay to eat there.

Brazilian steak houses are so much fun. This one is really beautiful, and the meat is amazing! Come with an empty stomach and take your time, eat slow! I can’t afford to eat at this restaurant but maybe once a year, but that one day I will have enough meat for 2 weeks !

Churrasca has excellent service, very attentive staff, and great food. We’ve gone many times and have never been disappointed. The décor is odd(like it was obviously a former restaurant), but it doesn’t take away from the experience. Tip: If it’s your first time and you’re there for the meat, don’t get distracted by the salad bar. First time we went we filled up on the salad bar and couldn’t try all the different meats!

Excellent restaurant in Midland… Is all you can eat. Good service, excellent quality meats. The picanha is the specialty of the house. A you have to order the guarana Antarctica(Brazilian soda) and the Brazilian lemonade is great.

The restaurant is beautiful with a lot of character. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. I like that our server would ask us what we’ve enjoyed so far and what else we wanted to try so he could send that meat carver to our table. The salad bar had a lot if different options to satisfy the more adventurous and people who want a simple salad. All delicious. The meats were prime cuts and cooked very well. They had many options to satisfy a range of tastes.

The fiancé and I rarely get the time to go out and eat somewhere nice(dang jobs!); so when he had a day off, we decided to try the new Brazilian Steakhouse. First off; try to fast for the day or even the day before. It is all you can eat! Which is what caught his eye. You basically choose the salad bar/steak combo or just the salad bar. We both had the combo($ 36 a person). The salad bar is above par for Midland; and although I couldn’t really identify all the items, I tried them anyways. The«all you can eat meat experience» starts with sides; cheese puffs, fried potato sticks(?), fried plantains and mashed potatoes and then the waiters start bringing the different meats on skewers. It will keep coming until you flip over the little card that says«No, more». The bacon-wrapped chicken was good as was the filet Mignon. Neither one of us was a fan of the pork chops. We finished the meal with a Tres Leche cake($ 8) which was delicious; no canned sauce for this dessert. It is in the old Abuelo’s restaurant, but they did away with the bright colors that Abuelo’s has and went with a red and black paint job. It does feel more of an upscale restaurant, but like another reviewer said, no one dresses up around there(and we went on a Saturday around 5:30pm). We left a nice tip because this was the best service we had encountered in Midland, so for the 2 of us– and dessert; our total was about $ 105. Higher than our usual but glad we tried it out. Again, don’t go unless you are extremely hungry… I am not a big eater, so I probably didn’t get my money’s worth. I ate all I could, almost to level food coma and didn’t move for 6 hours after all that. Side note: most of the meats are cooked medium rare; so if you like your meats cooked medium-well/well-done like myself; be warned. I am sure they could cook them alittle longer if you asked, I just didn’t this time.

Very impressed! My boyfriend and I ate here for our anniversary last Friday night. The wait was about 15 minutes which isn’t bad at all, living in Midland. The place is a upscale fancy place, but people don’t dress up around here. We started out with the food at the salad bar, which contain salad, bread, cheese, salami, tuna, shrimp etc. I would skip that because they serve mash potato at the table and it’s all you can eat steak!!! Definitely save your stomach for the meat! They had rib eye, sirloin, filet mignon/chicken wrapped in bacon, ribs, lamb(smelled funny, maybe because I don’t eat lamb) garlic beef(delicious), and more! All the steaks were cook to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and tender. I love the chimichurri sauce they have! We also order vanilla bean crème brûlée mmmmm! Can’t wait to go back! And the service was amazinggggg. Oh yeah and you definitely get what you pay for, if not more! It’s about $ 37 per person which is reasonable because it’s all you can eat good quality steaks!

This is closest thing we have to Fogo de Chao or Texas De Brazil. Me and my boyfriend have been here 5 times since it opened and each experience has been wonderful! We have recommended the place to lots of people. It is worth the price, we hate going to other steakhouses and paying 27 – 35 dollars for a steak and getting a small little piece of meat under or overCooked. Here, you can pay one price and get unlimited access to salad and meat. What more can you ask for? The salad bar is great and the meat is always tender and cooked at the right temperature that you ask for. My boyfriend always gets well done and I love my meat medium rare. He always gets strawberry cheesecake and I always get crème brûlée! I love the crème brûlée it is so delicious and cooked to perfection! The waitress, Amber, she is amazing and will do anything to make you have the best experience possible.

I could easily give this a 5 star review, BUT.. why is there always a but? Anyways. 1. The staff is definitely foreign and we’re very hard to understand. That being said they did give very good service which is uncommon for midland yet they were almost trying to hard. I believe I was asked if «everything is ok» close to 15x. 2. They have a lazy river which could be very nice if it was flowing, it was not and I ended up battling mosquitoes throughout lunch instead of enjoying it. Now for the good stuff… Salad bar is not Fogo DE Chao or Texas DE Brazil but it is large and very tasty. In fact if you like blue cheese make sure to get the grape salad with blue in it. very good. Other items were very tasty. The meats were cooked very well, tender and moist. They do not serve filet or lamb at lunch but all the rest was wonderful. I am sure I will be back soon to give a higher star rating.

This place is amazing and unlike anywhere I have ever eaten. The food is unique and all you can eat. First you get some weird bread balls that are good and gooey. Then you get to go to the«salad bar» which has some salad, but a ton of other amazing and unique items like some creamy shrimp and smoked salmon. They also have soups, rice, and tons of other things. Once that is done, you have this little card you flip over telling them that you want meat. They start bringing by all kinds of amazing meats and carve you off what you want. It is not just normal steak either. It is things like parmesean crusted fillet minion, bacon wrapped chicken, and brazed lamb. They came by our table at least 15 times for our group and every time they had something different. I tried a lot of it and everything was spectacular. They also keep dropping off side dishes. One of my favorites was this cooked banana they kept bringing. Everything was amazing! First class service and food. This is my new favorite place in midland. Right now, all of the servers are from other towns. I am sure the service will go downhill a little when they are replaced with midland people, as it always does. But for now, it is amazing.
