HORRIBLE customer service. Within less than a month, they messed up two separate transactions. One of them being depositing money into someone else’s account and the other canceling the wrong debit card. When I ended up going to the branch manager after the second mess up, she told me «They’re only human and they make mistakes.» This is people’s livelihood they are dealing with, not my fry order at McDonald’s. I emailed the CEO to let him know the situation and I got a response back from their VP basically blowing me off in an email that sounded like a 6th grader composed. Needless to say, our accounts are being closed out and moved someplace where our business is valued and done correctly.
