One of the most offensive experiences in retail sales. Brittany stood us up and blew us off to take a customer whom appeared to be of personal acquaintance. We were so appalled we had to walk away and just FYI Best Buy (in the same center) is the better choice for AT&T service, sadly not one of their own…

Drove down on a special appointment to get mom a phone replacement. She has Parkinson’s, so getting her out and about is a chore. Got to this AT&T…and waited. And waited. 45 minutes, and we could not even get one single store employee to acknowledge our existence. No head not, not a «hello,» nothing. We won’t be back.
