From the time Richard was old enough to pick up a tool, he was riding in his neighbors plumbing truck, learning all aspects of the plumbing industry. At age 18 he decided it was time to make a name for himself and serve customers in a unique new form. 30 years later, C & L Plumbing Inc. has evolved into the areas most highly skilled and qualified plumbing company.
