Our goal is to understand your child’s specific needs and utilize the most efficient and personalized methods of assistance that will enable them to develop the skills to comprehend, retain, and make the best use of information. History

Established in 2011.

Dr. George Martin, Director of Chesterfield Learning Center recently opened the tutoring center in Midlothian, VA. He is eager to put his experience as an educator for over 40 years. We have 150 tutors that specialized in all subject matter. We also use Reading Plus which increases reading comprehension, and silent reading fluency.

Dr. George Martin has a wide variety of educational experiences, having taught at a junior high school in NY, a military academy in VA, and a public high school in NJ. He also served as a full-​time professor at three universities, and an adjunct professor at nine other colleges.

In addition to his VA Postgraduate Professional License, he holds a NY permanent Teaching Certificate, and NJ English Supervisor, and Principal Certificates.

Dr. Martin received his bachelor and master degrees in education for State University of NY, and his doctorate in curriculum and instruction from the University of Virginia.
