Usually go to the location at Hull and Winterpock and they’re always on their A Game there however I stopped at this location at 288 about a week ago to get a 12 piece combo with shake and a #1 chicken sandwich with shake for the kids.
My wife and I were going out to dinner and as soon as my daughter opens the box I hear a scream and come to see what’s going on and this 12 piece was mangled and undercooked and very un chicfila like. There were what appeared to be 3 chunks breaded together and not cooked all the way through.
It was just super inconvenient and ended up having to reheat leftovers as there was no time to go out and get something else and not miss our reservations.

Lawwwwdddd Jesus! This was Some good chicken deluxe sandwich and the Waffle Fries. .WOoooo!!! Just all of that Deliciousness! In one place is Amazing! I had lunch & went back for dinner that same Day! Just to get my fix the drive thru is fast it’s always busy but well staffed enough to handle the crowd We don’t have this place in Boston it sure would be sweet!

Ordered a simple lemonade. But instead got water with a lemon wedge in it. Didnt ask for a reciept because i didnt think they could screw up something so simple. Wont go back.

Came in to cash a free frozen lemonade since my daughter was awarded student of the month. And apparently the card was expired so we didn’t get :(
I was proud to say my daughter was student of the month but chick Fille a did not award it.

Everything is always exceptional… from the food to the service. Even when the lines are wrapped around the building or out of the door, I never mind waiting!

As far as Chick fil a goes my family are experts. We are on the go constantly with sports and it tends to be the kids preferred fast food. The service is usually great and the resturant and bathrooms are usually clean. This one definately lacks some basic Chick-​fil-​A standards. The service is slower than anyone I’ve very been at. The have mostly teenagers working here but that usually the case at all of them. but at this one they lack the basic customer service Chick-​fil-​A impresses upon their staff. I know you think the «My Pleasure» tag line is corny but when you say thank you and you get a blank stare back it’s a little annoying. Not that they are being intentionally rude, I just believe they haven’t been trained properly.

I love Chick-​fil A, the food is yummy, the nuggets are over priced. Lines go all the way around the building, you sit for ten minutes waiting to get up the menu.
