Our partners have held a number of senior management positions in various businesses ranging from dot​.com start-​ups to Fortune 1000 corporations. We bring a «businessman first, accountant second» approach to solving financial issues facing your business.

We also provide monthly bookkeeping and write-​up work for clients.

History

Established in 2005.

The founding partners have over a combined 50 years of financial and operational management experience working in a number of industries and various sized companies. We have negotiated contracts with vendors and bankers, established and managed treasury relationships with numerous banks, worked with investment bankers on licensing deals and venture capital funding in addition to traditional financial accounting functions.

The firm was founded with 3 simple goals in mind. First to provide a superior level of customer service to all clients and make sure to treat each client as our most important client. Second to help both individual and corporate clients navigate the complex maze of tax laws and regulations to assist clients to keep more of their hard-​earned money instead of paying it to the government. And third to help business clients improve their bottom lines by leveraging our business expertise.
