I’ve used H&R several years now, but this location really turned me off it. While the employee helping us was friendly, he seemed much more devious in his approach to helping us out and making money off of our filing. Sure, its a business and they have to make a profit, etc. etc. but I’d have appreciated a little more openness throughout the process with less private assumptions that we’d want every costly options. Professional employee, but without getting our permission he went far above what we needed and left us stunned at the end with the bill.
