History
Established in 2013.
As a long time resident of Chicago’s south suburban area, Attorney Holden recognized the need for a firm dedicated to the needs of the middle class. Economically this class was caught between a rock and a hard place; too much income to take advantage of the assistance of legal aid and not enough income to afford an attorney from a «big name» firm. As a result, these clients were forced to face the legal system alone. Holden-Ellis &Associates, LLC was established to alleviate that issue. Here, we offer skilled and professional representation at affordable rates. From retainer to monthly payment plans, we offer price packages customized to fit your financial circumstance. Initial Case Evaluations are only $ 50.00. Evening and Saturday appointments are also available. We are conveniently located near the Midlothian Rock Island Metra Station a few blocks away from Markham Courthouse. Our legal services are compassionately designed with YOUR best interests in Mind.

Ebony H.
Business Owner
I am a long time south suburban resident. I graduated from Bremen High School. I later attended Southern Illinois University and graduated with a B. A in Administration of Justice and a double minor in paralegal studies and psychology.
I attended Thomas M Cooley Law School in Michigan. I was an Intra School Moot Court quarter finalist and became the 1st recipient of the Ebony Holden leadership award, a namesake established in my honor. As the Curriculum Director, I assisted faculty and staff in establishing the 1st Kent County Teen Court a diversionary program for youth offenders. My community activities included CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocate program, where she oversaw child abuse and neglect cases.
I moved back home to pursue my legal career. I have volunteered for the Center for Disability & Elder Law’, Cabrini Green Legal Aid and Chicago Volunteer legal Services. My favorite pastimes are traveling, dining with friends and roller coasters.
