Insurance Matters was established in 2010. After owning a captive agency, owner, Tiffany Jackson, wanted to offer her clients more coverage choices with better rates.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Owner, Tiffany Jackson, lives in Chesterfield County with her daughter, Natalie. When the family is not working, they enjoy spending their leisure time at the lake, boating and fishing. Professionally, Tiffany is a member of Independent Insurance Agency of Virginia and an active member of Business Network International. Tiffany is also a mentor for Richmond SCORE, a nonprofit organization offering business counseling to Richmond and the surrounding areas. Prior to opening Insurance Matters, Tiffany owned and operated a captive agency, as well as was being employed as a commercial account manager for a local independent agency. She has also been employed as a Branch Manager for a Title Company. This experience can save her client’s valuable time when they consult her regarding their real estate transactions. She is a firm believer in giving back to her community and looks for opportunities to help others achieve their goals. Her «putting clients first» philosophy makes her accessible, a
