Brick and masonry products needs to be maintained as it ages. Missing, cracked, loose and deteriorated mortar joints or loose brick can allow water to penetrate and lead to mold growth, structural deterioration.

History

Established in 1999.

OWNER: Started in 1977 as a brick labor started laying brick in 1979 became a bricklayer in 1982. Became a foreman for the next 8 years working for Capital Masonry Corp of Richmond supervising and managing large commercial crews on large commercial projects. In 1990 became a estimator for a smaller commercial company for the next 3 years. In 1994 Brickteck Masonry was opened for custom residential projects repairs and power washing in the Richmond area. In 1999 KMW Masonry Contractors Inc. was opened for larger residential and small commercial projects. In 2010 KMW Masonry Contractors has returned to providing the Richmond area with basic masonry and brick services, custom masonry and brick projects, all types of repairs, cleaning, power washing and insurance
