Nothing more simple than putting a binder on a couple sheets of paper. Took it to OfficeMax because it was close to my location. The guy says, «you have to leave it with me». Really? Staples employees have never told me that. He could have done it in the time it took us to have the actual conversation about why he couldn’t do it.

I called ahead as I needed to bind one of my books. They stated that it would take 10 minutes to complete the tasks and so I rushed to the store– as I needed it done before the next day. I arrived at the store and the guy behind the print counter said they had no guarantee that I could get my 50 page book bound before the end of the day and that he did not know who I talked to but that he was too busy to do the job. (Amazing how no other projects were being bound, printed or copied at this time). I left upset and traveled to Office Depot near the mall and they bound it for $ 4 a book and took about 5 minutes to complete the job. I know where I will go next time.
