Other reviewers have given low stars due to slow service at drive through. However, I have rarely used the service and have always enjoyed dining in. I’ve never had issues with slow service. The staff is usually pleasant, the portion sizes are good, and the place is neat and clean. I especially love their outdoor patio during the warm months.

It’s a Saturday lunch and when I came in there wasn’t a rush at all. I’m seeing the weak speed of service as I’ve finished dining. Not sure how the drive-thru is but inside is a slow ordering process for such a simple menu. Self serve drink station helps. Clean(inside and out) restaurant. But it may not be the case soon as all the patrons ordering will generate trash and the dining room attendant is now plating food behind counter. I think I count 7 team members behind the counter. They do have outside seating though. Beautiful store, clear menu minimal promotional material distraction. Sorry for the grammar on this as I’m forgoing paragraph structure lol bathrooms were functional with exception to men’s soap dispenser. I notified a gentleman at the counter and he left to take care of it right away. This is currently my go to Chinese for the area!

I was eagerly greeted upon my arrival to Panda Express. While looking over the options with my boyfriend via FaceTime(I was bringing food home after work) I was offered three different samples– a sure fire way to put me in a good mood. After making my selections, a younger blonde lady told to cashier to give me 10% off as a courtesy & to bring me back. He did so & also gave me a free drink! The food was all hot, fresh, and super tasty. I love Panda for its predictability. Not all Chinese food comes the same, but from store to store, Panda is consistent with a tasty, reliable product.

Panda Express has the worst service and what seems to be poor management! I’ve bee there twice and on both visits I’ve had poor service. The first visit was a Saturday evening just after the normal dinner hour. I had to stand in line and it took 15mins before I could even order. They had run out of ribs and almost all other items. which is why the line was so long. I had to wait another 20mins to get a particular item and they had to remake my entire meal because they began fixing my plate and then sat it on the counter and made we wait in line until my item was ready. They finally told me to sit and they’d bring it out to me. My second visit as at 4:45pm on a Friday. I requested noodles instead of rice and I was told«we aren’t making noodle right now because we have to make the ingredients.»??? Not it’ll be 5mins or 10mins, but«…we aren’t making it…» This is what they say just at the dinner hour. I took my sons and we left. The management needs to do some serious training regarding how to prepare and serve around meal time and rush hours.

2 words… Ga. rossss. Other than the extremely tasteless food the whole experience is very rushed. Hurry up and pick your sides and entrée before you even get to read all the signs to know what tell hell youre going to be eating. The sweet and sour sauce is like jelly. The noodles are hard and dry. And the beef with broccoli taste just like the mushroom chicken. Yuck.

We just call this location Panda because express is not a word I would use to describe the service here. The food is hit or miss. Today was not a great day. The honey walnut shrimp and crispy shrimp are usually on point. The flavor of the orange chicken is good but I am not a fan of grisly chicken meat. The fried rice was good today but can be dry at times. The chow mein is somewhat dry and could definitely use more sauce. They were out of cream cheese Rangoon and plum sauce today. We used sweet and sour sauce to suffice with our spring rolls, which were not very hot. I have rarely seen the quality of food vary so widely in a chain restaurant location, as I have here. Be prepared for awesomeness or less than awesome.

While Panda Express is the fast food of Chinese, it is some of the best possible fast food you can get. It appeals to the tongue, and typically can be very quick service, and very filling with good portion sizes. They will give you a full plate, and you will be satisfied by the end. The only downside to this particular Panda Express, is that their wait times can be a little long sometimes. They typically tend to be good, but I have experienced a few instances where I have had to wait about 10 minutes from the time that I order to the time I receive my food. They will communicate to you the situation, and you’ll normally find it worth the wait vs going next door to Chipotle. Overall, I tend to eat here pretty often and can see myself recommending it to others.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is to DIE for. It is SOOO worth the extra $ 1.25. The Grilled Chicken MELTS in your mouth, and the Orange Chicken is as good as it gets. The staff was fine! They give you a HUGE portion…(Why complain??) Its more than enough for two people. The reason the staff has bad reviews is because they’re young. Yes, they’re loud and they play around when they think no one is paying attention. Keep in mind, this is a fast food restaurant… If you want professional service, go to a restaurant that isn’t 85% take out.

With a heavy heart I give only 3 stars for a place I would normally give 5 for the food itself. I feel I am even being generous with the 3 stars, but again the food is good! The orange chicken has been my #1 as long as I’ve been visiting Panda Express in various states. This is by far the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced and the SLOWEST for drive thru in all my many years. Only because I am dying for some Orange Chicken after sitting in a car dealership for 4 hrs that I even waited here. Smh Maybe this time I will try the Angus Steak menu item, but then again… go with what you know, right? :-)

This place… What a struggle it was to order via the drive thru last week. I had never had such a slow experience. The lady took our order very slowly, so at first we thought«great, get the food ready as we order it.» No. We were wrong. Turns out she was — actually I don’t know what she doing. She didn’t write it down because she didn’t get our orders correctly when she read them back to us. She wasn’t getting our plates ready and she wasn’t ringing us up. My first question is, why did it take so long? What were you doing? She went on to repeat our order incorrectly. At this point, my husband and I were worried that some part of our order was bound to come out wrong. After the«struggle» and paying, we were told to wait. I think we waited about 10 minutes for them to bring out our food. Thankfully we got everything we ordered. I enjoyed my dish, however I think the chow mein was a bit undercooked. Perhaps it really was tasty but more likely I was just starving and wanted to satisfy my Panda Express craving. Will I be back? Probably not.

Epic Fail. Cold food, rude and loud staff. Noise levels from the kitchen make conversation impossible. Tables were filthy. Over all it’s a disaster.

This is one of the best ones I have been to… Here is why 1 very fresh they don’t let the food sit under the heat lamp forever drying out they throw it up. 2 They don’t overcook the veggie they still have bite left to them not mush. 3 great flavor they really do just cook the food better than most pandas do.

We go here with my coworkers at least a couple times a month. The food is always good, service is great, and I never have to wait long. Just got food for the office from here today. Everyone loved it.

Don’t use the drive through. Timed it today, took me 27 minutes to get through because they ran out of rice. They aren’t busy ever, and it’s a Chinese place. How can they run out of rice? Multiple times I have gotten strange veins and tendons or bones in my chicken. They use cheap meat and the veggies are pretty terrible. Unfortunate because I was hoping this would be a new to-go spot!

At 8:30PM on Saturday, most tables empty but also dirty. Decent quick Asian but more attention is needed in dining room.

I thought it was great for fast food. I like the option I get with selecting mixed veggies other than the standard white or fried rice. I had the string bean chicken and chicken with mushrooms and both were delish. The restaurant was clean and service was fast. I will definitely return. Seems to be WW friendly. Yay!

As a new place in my area, it was bound to be a place I would stop into — at least just once. The interior is nice as any new place would be — however the staff was very disorganized and still quite new to the hustle and bustle of the busy fast-food stop. For fast food chinese, this is a quick stop on the way home to satisy your cravings. It is not gourmet– and you will not find anything over the top here. They do boasts good portions– but the food seems to not have anything that would truly stand out on the menu to me.

Went here a few weeks ago, staff very nice… Food did not taste very good and your«side dish» was actually put into the main dish so all you got was one bowl of food. The«side dish» of rice took up most of the bowl… Better food and prices elsewhere…

Brand new, just opened! I’ve never seen a free standing Panda Express! In fact I’ve not seen a Panda Express except in a mall ever. I remember eating there a couple times while i was in High School and don’t think I ever had it again after that. So anyways… I saw this opening the other day and it looked pretty packed. Drive Thru was backed up, parking lot was full. Maybe Panda Express had gotten better or really found something that worked. If they’re growing and expanding they must be doing something right, so I figured I’d give it a try. The Good: Super friendly service in the drive-thru Clean and Nice(it is brand new) Large inflatable Panda out front The Bad: Same blah food that I remember from the mall I got a sampling to try it out, so here are my reviews on each: Kung Pao Chicken The sauce on this was a little watery, decent heat but the pieces of chicken were tiny. Veggies in it were really nothing special at all and I picked most of them out Orange Chicken Best of the bunch, just about standard for orange chicken. I wouldn’t be sad to get this at a normal Chinese restaurant. Honey Shrimp Decent, very similar to PF Changes honey crisp shrimp, but even sweeter. Actually too sweet. Mandarin Chicken Inedible… very fatty pieces of dark meat. My wife always eats dark meat and she didn’t even finish one piece. Fried Rice No flavour at all. I thought fried rice was always an easy hit, but not this time Lo Mein Noodles were dry, not much flavour and tasted like they’d been sitting out for way too long. Even worse reheated. Chicken Egg Roll Terrible. I like that they added rice noodles inside, but the consistency inside was terrible. the chicken had been pulverized into a paste. You can do a small dice on the chicken and have it fit in the wrapper while leaving some sort of texture to the meat. Chicken Pot Stickers See above… same paste that was piped into the egg roll. So… this was exactly how I remembered it, which is not a good thing in this case. I was really hoping they had stepped up their game to compete with places like Pei Wei, but not so much. I would avoid this place if I were you, unless you’re a big fan of mall Chinese food.
