Business Owner

Pescados was the first restaurant Ian fell in love with as a teenager. After years traveling the country as a chef, and then founding the local donut movement Sugar Shack Donuts, Ian found himself back in Pescados now alongside the original founders Chef Greg Smiley and Tina Manley. We think it’s really just an excuse for Ian to eat fish tacos more though.
