Reforming U specializes in helping you incorporate healthy living into your lifestyle. Our customers range from those looking for weight loss solutions, to those seeking to manage chronic diseases through lifestyle and those looking to feel better.
Reforming U uses a 3-Part plan focusing on the 3 F’s — Fitness, Food and Focus. Expertise is available to help you with all three parts of this plan.
Our fitness studio provides a variety of group fitness classes that target all aspects of fitness, from cardio to strength to balance and even flexibility. Our classes are offered at several times daily to meet your needs.
Reforming U also provided one on one personal fitness training, which gives you individualized attention with a program tailored for you and your specific goals.
History
Established in 2009.
Reforming U started as a small personal fitness training business in 2009, with services provided in various gyms, parks and clients homes. Group Fitness was added in 2012 with boot camps held outside in parks. In 2014, Reforming U Fitness Studio was opened, bringing personal training and group fitness together in one inviting facility.
Meet the Business Owner
Sheila R.
Business Owner
Sheila has made a career helping others achieve health and happiness. She holds several degrees, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. She is a certified personal fitness trainer by both the American College of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is a certified indoor cycling instructor by both RealRyder and Schwinn. Sheila is also a certified instructor of Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED and holds a certification in yoga from SCW Fitness.
As an expert in her field, Sheila also writes about healthy living. She is a weekly contributor to the Waxahachie Daily Light, has written two ebooks titled, «Make Dinner Easy! 1 Day of Prep, 7 Meals, Door to Table in 30 Minutes or Less» and «Reforming U 3-Part Weight Loss Plan» and writes frequently in her blog and monthly newsletter.
Sheila’s previous experience as the executive of a high profile clinical research center at Mayo Clinic, allows her to stay updated on the latest exercise science.
