Literally just left the place and I’m already writing a review only because I was so pleased with the service & results! Ever since my young in years, I’ve had thick uneven brows (except for the time I shaved them chola style), but I’ve done it all, shaved them, plucked, waxed, naired, all the good stuff & although they looked decent in recent years, I hadn’t considered threading because well, I was a lil scaredy cat thinking it would hurt. But today I decided to man up… Or woman up, and go in because I desperately needed it. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the nice ladies & gentleman at the front desk who asked me if I had already signed up for their VIP text club & if I did I’d get $ 2 off for joining today, so I did. Paulie was so amazing, she did my brows and upper lip. My brows look so magically on fleek & evened out & best of all they were almost painless. My upper lip was a different story but it’s as smooth an hairless as a baby’s bottom, might have shed a tear or two but I survived & the price was great for the quality of the work. Needless to say, I don’t know how I went this long without trying threading. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Decided to try this place after looking at reviews. I feel that I get better arching results from eyebrow threading vs. waxing.
They did a wonderful job! My eyebrows are naturally sparse so she suggested that I tint them. I followed her advise & was glad I did. I didn’t have to use eyebrow pencil for the next 2 weeks! (The tinting is only temporary but so worth it)

Soni took care of my eyebrows and upper lip today. She was lovely and I love my cleaned up look!

Before I start my rant, let me just say that I have been to many different places to get my Brazilian wax done and Preeti, the owner, has been one of the best. Now, if you have low maintenance, thin eyebrows, I’m sure you will be fine here. I moved back to Midlothian a year ago exactly from California. I had the best eyebrow threading lady over there and she was able to help me grow back over the course of two years some patches in my eyebrows that were missing from bad experiences I had in past. Over this past year I have gone to Ultimate Arch and every time I go, I am seen by a new girl and my eyebrows kept getting thinner and thinner. They always left strays hair and then would recommend the henna to make them thicker. I’m not sure if they made them thin on purpose so I’d have to get the henna or if they just didn’t understand what «please don’t do them thin» meant. I told myself that they only reason I would be back there was for my Brazilian wax. So I went today for my wax and thought I’d give Preeti a chance, after all she is the owner. Big mistake. My eyebrows have not been this thin since they got botched up in high school, over 10 years ago! Now it will take me years to repair the damage. I cried so much and vented to my friends and cousins and 4 of them had their eyebrows thinned out there as well. I cried as soon as I left the salon.

That was THE worst pain I have ever been in. Literally. I have gotten my brows waxed many times before and am accustomed to pain… but that was crazy. All she did was clean up my brows and did no shaping. She was done in like 2 min. And only accepted cash tips. I won’t be going back.

I go here whenever I’m home from school for my eyebrows but today I tried a Brazilian wax. The owner does them and at first I was very nervous because I’ve been very loyal to my first esthetician and have heard horror stories about some so trying a new person sort of worried me. She uses hard and soft wax and I’m used to all soft but this was definitely better than some waxes I’ve had before. I have a high tolerance for pain since I’ve been doing this consistently for about a year now and she was very gentle and explained the difference in waxes. I would recommend her and I will be back next time I’m in Chicago.

The owner did a wonderful job. would have given 5 stars, but lets not forget,.it does come some irritating pain at times

I walked in one day b/​c i was in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done. Normally I would wait b/​c my eyebrows are tricky. Fortunately I walked in and got Pretti, I now go here regularly! She is awesome: fast, precise, and friendly!

I initially went here for the Monday discounted brow threading. The owner Prette did such a good job Im hooked. I have very thin brows & she makes them look great. I live in the South Loop & travel all the way here!!!

This place was clean with a lot of friendly and smiley faces. This is the first time at this place and although I was there for a waxing (Brazilian) that was somewhat painful but expected, Preeti did a great job on trying to have me focus on something else. She was great and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely come back to see her again.

Absolutely love this gem! I went in here with my eyebrows looking like a hot mess & now they look absolutely amazing! Preeti worked her magic on my eyebrows & also gave me the best Brazilian I have ever gotten! She was crazy fast & very unpainful! I would definitely recommend! & the prices are also great! I will be back for lashes & the usual maintenance upkeep! Thank you Preeti!

I love my brows!!! I was searching for a place to do my brows, and i came to Unilocal and found this place. I decided to stop in and i am more than glad i did. I was letting my brows grow out since the last time i got them threaded i wasn’t happy with the outcome. This place was comfortable and inviting. The gentleman at the front desk offered me to join the text club to get $ 2 off my services. I was in and out within 10 mins and out and i couldn’t be more satisfied, i will return.

Very fast and to the point. I think they can be a little more detailed. I had a view hairs that she didn’t catch but for $ 5 on Mondays and Tuesdays its a good deal.

Great place on the south side. The Monday and Tuesday special for $ 5 threading is unbeatable.

Awesome eyebrow threading! My sisters, niece & I have been going here for the past few years & we love it! The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Threading is an art, and Preeti and the other ladies at Ultimate Arch Eyebrow Threading Salon are masters of their craft. Preeti is also very gentle when performing waxes. Ladies and gents (because on occasion I’ve seen guys getting their brows threaded) no matter if you live near or far… PLEASE get to Ultimate Arch when you need that special touch in the gentlest of forms. I’ve been letting Preeti give shape and definition for over 5 years and she’s been amazing since day one!

This is my regular brow threading place and I absolutely love it. I have one girl that I stick to and she always does my brows perfectly. I’ve had a couple of the others do them occasionally and they are good as well but I’ll always have my fave :)

I have been going to Ultimate Arch at the recommendation of a friend and I love it. I have very sensitive skin and waxing was never good for me (leaves a lot of swelling) and I was skeptical about getting the threading but tried it out and I have no swelling at all and my eyebrows always look great.
