These guys are great! We had a last minute idea to give an award to a volunteer and they had the award done in 2 days. It was well crafted and exactly what we needed. Seriously the quality of products and the sheer number of ideas to choose from is just top notch. The staff is friendly and everything, from what I could see, is done in house in their shop in the back.
If you have award needs for your corporate or private events, this is the place to go. So you might wonder why the 4 stars instead of 5. I think the industry is well overpriced, but not the fault of The Trophy Case. I personally just think that awards should be a little less expensive.

Horrible customer service. Did a poor job at making my trophy, and when I mentioned what I didn’t like about the trophy, the female was completely disrespectful and replied with she felt disrespected because I was not satisfied with their product. This place is for cheap trophies that are made of very poor quality. I would not recommend.

This trophy shop is a breeze to work with. I mostly interacted with them by email and just sent them links to stuff I wanted off their website. Though I ordered a large amount of stuff pretty last minute — they got it all done for me in time to make a flight out to Arizona.
