I have had to use Benson’s on a few occasions for my kids this shop does excellent work have been very pleased each time. Brandon is very helpful and walks you through the whole process, keeps us up to date on your vehicle and is very professional. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs paint and or body work. If you are going there that means it’s not a good situation they take over and leave the worrying to them. They even deal directly with our insurance. This is an A+ shop. Thank you Brandon and crew for helping restore the faith in shops

Brandon and Lam are the best. Excellent customer service! They take their time with your car and don’t overcharge you. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years to fix my little ’97 accord. They specialize in Japanese model cars.

Excellent service!!! My car was damaged and they left it looking like new. The color match was perfect but there service and customer care was the best. My Altima was supposed to be out for 8 days but they had it ready in 6 days! Thank you will definitely be back for any need.

I broke off my side view mirror and it was electric! I heard from a few friends this was the cheapest/​best place to go. They gave me an estimate almost immediately after I walked in the door and ordered my part within minutes. They also just asked for a small deposit. The manager called me as soon as he received my part and when I went in they had it on in less than ten minutes! Works great and cost me 1⁄3 of the price it would have been at the dealership. I highly recommend this place!

I am not good with cars so if i have any problem, i would always bring my car to Benson. they provide friendly service with a very good deal. i trust them with all my heart when it come to my car. i would always recommend this place to anyone who needed help and they always come back satisfied. this place is highly recommended.

I had gotten 5 estimates done to repair my bumper, but Brandon, the manager here offered me the most competitive price. He also even stayed 30 minutes past his closing time to accommodate me. The repair was awesome, my bumper looks as its brand new. Brandon provide me such an excellent services, and not trying to upsell you. If you need anything fixed here, just go talk to him. He will help you to do the works fast and professional.

Brandon, the manager from Benson Auto Body & Pain helped get my car back into shape. He’s very friendly, very professional and pays very close attention to detail. My car now looks like it came fresh out of the showroom. If you are looking to get your car looking like it was just bought, you need to go here. Everybody who lives in Orange County or even in L.A. County needs to stop here if they need to get their car fixed. No one does it better.

My car was hit in the parking lot and part of the bumper was basically «torn» and scrapped. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready within three days looking like new! They did an excellent job! I couldn’t be happier with the results. The customer service was excellent, very friendly, when I told the manager that I was getting a rental car he offered to call Enterprise for me to pick me up.

Got involved in rear end accident on freeway and the guys insurance recommended this place. Very nice people, and they work well with the car rental place so that’s nice! They replaced and painted the bumper on my car but I am not happy with the color it turned out! I went back the next day and they said «plastic and metal looks different» so the color is supposed to look a bit off –_​– I strongly disagree because my front bumper is same material as back bumper and it matches perfectly with the rest of the car.!! I’ve been wanting to go back and get it fixed but quite frankly idk if they will, being it’s been a couple of months. :((every time I walk up to my car I can’t help but notice the different tones in color and the sparkle is off too!) I don’t like it at all. Thinking of going back one of these days. Hope all goes well
