Cox in general service sucked lived all over the world was without a doubt the worst we ever had anywhere. Won’t recommend to anyone even if I didn’t like them. That would be to cruel

I called COX customer service and spoke to Jennifer, who was not helpful and left her compassion and personality at home. I decided to go to the COX store in search of better service. I walked in to the store and there were about 6 people in front of me. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the line moved. We were greeted and served by Kristina. Kristina had a great personality and was very helpful with the changes we wanted to make to our service. If you’re looking for great customer service head to the service center and look for Kristina!

So this store itself was a good option last year. But Cox has apparently decided to spam the heck out of Unilocal with promotional photos, if my feed is any indication.* They also have raised prices 11% in the past year without notice beyond my card suddenly being charged more. So the heck with that. Time to research some options and cancel, cancel, cancel.
